Fan Submitted Reviews Chase It was a hellish hot day to begin with but add to it the blistering black asphalt of the ever so inviting air conditioned Pontiac Silverdome's parking lot and it is needless to say that we were all baking. Everybody trying to get a pen so they could write their favorite bands stage and time of performance, at first on their sweat soaked arm, then maybe on their pant leg. . . finally finding a card or dollar bill in a wallet that wasn't soaked in sweat you got your band names, stages and times and made of in hopes to make a front row. I saw a lot of bands that day but I remember heading over to the stage Motions City was playing on two sets early. . . Luckily the bands were great and I ran into my girlfriend who was not allowed to ride down to the concert with me so we watched the concerts together. I believe the Kinison were wrapping up and we made our way all the way to the front and I held her through the entire show. It felt like every song they played, each word sang was just for us. . . Granted it was just high school love and it didn't last but every time I talk to her we still talk about how amazing all the Motion City shows were we had seen together.
