CONCERT REVIEWS
Fan Submitted Reviews Nagwa (nagfoundglory@gmail.com) I got I Am the Movie a few weeks before the show cos I hate going to a show without knowing what the opening band sounds like and I totally fell in love with MCS. A french band played before MCS and everyone thought that band (Asyl) was MCS. They sucked really bad and everyone kept going: "Damn... Motion City Soundtrack sucks..." till the singer said hi to the crowd in French. When MCS took the stage, the whole pit basically thought "Oh yeah, this band is WAY better than the previous band!" I cant remember the exact set list but I know I kept my fingers crossed the whole time hoping they'd play "The Future Freaks Me Out" and "A-OK" and they did :D Everybody had one thing to say about the performance: Jesse and his crazy hand stands were REALLY IMPRESSIVE. Some guy next to me kept going: "The keyboard dude is CRAZY! Did you see that jump he did? Did you see it? That's INSANE!" I don't remember much of what they said but there's one thing I remember: Justin told the crowd he was French and he was glad to be home :) After the show, I met Jesse on the way out. He was giving away stickers. He gave me a couple and I seriously didn't know what to say to him cos their performance really blew me away so I just said: "Dude... YOU ROCK!" and he smiled and thanked me. I've been in love with MCS ever since :) Submit a review for this show.
